Naghatid ng mga makabuluhang kaalaman ang Operation Hatid Dunong Round II sa iba’t ibang paaralan ng lunsod ng San Jose sa pangunguna ng Tanggapan ng Panlungsod na Aklatan (City Library) nitong nakaraang ika-4 ng Pebrero hanggang ika-7 ng Marso, 2013.

Sinuyod ng City Library ang lahat ng pampubliko at pampribadong paaralan sa sekondarya at tatlong (3) kolehiyo sa lungsod.

Tinalakay ang mga paksang tungkol sa Pollution Control at kasaysayan o history ng San Jose. Nabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga mag-aaral na makapagtanong kay Col. Rueda Jr. sa pamamagitan ng isang open forum.

Nagsilbing tagapagsalita ng programa sina Gng. Helen Ercilla, City Librarian at Retired Col. Rafael Rueda Jr., Historian at Environmentalist. Gumamit sila ng powerpoint presentation na may tagapagsalaysay.
