Three (3) months after the assumption of Mayor Alex S. Belena, the “Agad na Serbisyong Bayan (ASB)” program was launched. Departments/offices rendering front line services such as the City Health, City Engineering, CSWD and other offices are assembled at an identified barangay every Thursday of the week where residents could avail of the various services.

Aside from the “ASB” every Thursday, a nurse and midwife tandem from the City Health Office is now posted on barangay health offices during regular days.

Technicians from the Office of the City Agriculturist are likewise required to be at the barangays where they are assigned on designated days of the week.

The set up will enable our constituents to have access to the twin services the two offices could provide instantly.
